Exchanges and Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and Covid-19 we cannot accept any exchanges or returns at this time. If by any chance your item is received defective or damaged please contact us on Instagram (or email us at seasidehavencandleco@gmail.com), send us a picture and a brief description of the damage, and we will be more than happy to issue you a store credit for the amount of the item. We want our customers to be happy and feel confident shopping with us so we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.
