How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.99  Orders $99+ will qualify for free shipping. 

When will my order arrive?

We currently have a turn around time of 5 business days from the moment your order is placed. However, we strive to get your order out in the same week it has been placed.  If you need your order right away, please email us or send us a message on Instagram (@seasidehavencandleco) BEFORE placing your order. We use priority shipping through the United States Postal Service which will ensure you receive your package within 1-3 business days.

Are your products vegan and clean?

Yes! Everything in our shop is cruelty-free and vegan.  Our candles are made with eco friendly coconut and soy waxes and use fragrances that contain natural essential oils as well as other blends that are free of phthalates, carcinogens,  mutagens, and endocrine disruptions.  We take pride in selecting fragrances that are healthy and safe to enjoy.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use a clean blend of coconut and soy waxes. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. This is why we encourage you to shop our sample sets first to determine if a candle is the right fit for you before purchasing a larger candle. 

However, if your item was received damaged, please reach out so that we can make things right! We want all of our customers to have a positive shopping experience with us.
