Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. (Processing time will be updated periodically on the shop banner.) I take pride in my products and want to ensure that you are receiving the best candle/wax melts that I can offer and because of that, I hand pour my candles in micro batches of 10 or less. Due to the nature of my small candle studio, many of the item will be made to order. Even though I require 10 business days to process your order, I aim to have your order shipped within the week. If you need your order sooner than 14 business days, please contact me on Instagram (as I tend to respond quickly on that platform) or email me at seasidehavecandleco@gmail.com before you place your order and I may be able to help you. Since I hand pour candles in micro batches, I may have what you need readily available.
Shipping Times and Cost
During Summer Months Only:
Your order will be shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays during the summer months to minimize your package from possibly sitting in the post office or distribution centers for extended periods of time in the heat. Your package will contain cool-shield insulation to ensure that your candles are protected from extreme heat.
Please allow 3-5 business days AFTER your order has processed for delivery through USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number so that you may track your package. A flat-rate of $7.00 will be applied to all orders less than $99.00. Free shipping is available on orders $99.00+!
We are now shipping worldwide! Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of each product purchased.
